Thank you for your heartfelt message, I truly appreciate your honesty. What you have expressed is something many people experience, especially when the journey has been long and motivation comes and goes.
A meaningful “why” is something that we can’t really force, as it tends to unfold when we reconnect with what truly matters to us, not just what we think we should care about.
Here are a few prompts that might help you dig a little deeper:
-
When did you last feel truly well, alive, or proud of your body? What were you doing then, and how did it make you feel?
-
What would better energy, vitality, or confidence allow you to do more of or allow you to reexperience? Whether it’s dancing, travelling, waking up without exhaustion or just doing something that resonates with you and makes you happy – that vision can hold real power and help you reignite your starting point.
-
Who else benefits when you feel your best? Sometimes, our motivation deepens when we realize that it is not just about us, but also about how we show up for others, that matters too.
Just remember that it is also okay if your “why” isn’t perfectly defined at this moment in time. You can still take small, aligned actions, which can help clarify it. .
So maybe instead of focusing on motivation, try focusing on momentum by figuring out the next small, kind step forward. Celebrate every tiny win. Keep a journal, make note of any shifts in your mood, sleep, energy, or cravings. That feedback loop can be surprisingly motivating.
I hope this helps.

Administrator01/08/2025 at 10:45 in reply to: Motivation and your weight loss journey with SprezzaturaHi Paula,
Thank you so much for opening up and sharing your journey with us, it is incredibly inspiring that you have stayed committed and motivated to your health journey, even when motivation has dipped. This kind of perseverance is something to be proud of.
You are absolutely right, motivation does indeed change with age. What once felt exciting and urgent in our 40s can feel more challenging to sustain in our 60s. But that shift also gives us the chance to realign our goals with what really matters now: long-term vitality, energy, and quality of life.
Here are a few thoughts that may help:
1. Allow Purpose to Be Your Power
Instead of chasing motivation, maybe try focusing on why you started again, perhaps it’s reducing health risks, or simply feeling good in your skin along with wanting better energy levels. A strong “why” often fuels us to have better consistency and motivation.
2. Progress Differs from Person to Person
With weight loss, progress looks different for each person, at this stage of life, maintaining strength, good digestion, a 0balanced mood, and stable energy is just as important. Let those be part of how you measure your wins.
3. Be Gentle and Kind to Yourself
After years of effort, it’s normal to feel discouraged at times. But please remember: every time you recommit, you’re reinforcing self-trust. You’re not starting from scratch, but rather moving forward with experience.
4. Let Sprezzatura Be a Fresh Chapter
We designed Sprezzatura to support weight loss with a holistic approach, those who have tried so much already and are ready for something sustainable, holistic, and kind to the body. It’s not just a supplement, it is part of the mindset shift toward working with your body, not against it.
You have already shown so much strength by continuing to try. With the right mindset and support, lasting change is possible and you deserve to feel that success in a way that fits this season of your life.
We are cheering you on every step of the way!

Hi Paula,
Thank you so much for your kind words!
We are so glad you found the World Menopause Day message helpful.
To address your questions:
1. Potential interactions with other natural menopause supplements:
Sprezzatura contains several powerful plant-based ingredients such as ashwagandha, green tea extract, and other adaptogens and antioxidants. While these ingredients are generally well tolerated, when combining them with other menopause support products that include similar botanicals, this could potentially lead to overlapping effects, such as increased stimulation (from green tea extract), or additive calming or hormone-supportive effects (from herbs such as ashwagandha).2. Should certain products be avoided?
It’s best to avoid doubling up on similar ingredients unless specifically advised. To be safe, try to check for overlapping ingredients between Sprezzatura and any other supplements that you are taking.3. Consulting with a healthcare provider:
Yes, we always recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare provider (especially one familiar with natural and integrative medicine) before combining supplements.Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we’re here to support you in finding the most balanced and effective approach to managing your weight goals.
Please feel free to reach out with any more questions.
