    Hi everyone,

    My name is Reyaana, I am from Cape Town, married, 2 kids. I have been struggling to lose weight for years. Tried many diets and exercise regimes, but nothing really worked for me, and now, being 43, I feel it’s even harder to shed the weight. I started my Sprezzatura journey today!

    Feeling hopeful, excited, and positive!
