    Hallo Everyone

    I am Marina from Pretoria. I am 47 and struggling the last few years to lose weight. I want to loose the 25kg I gained since I turned 40. I don’t have kids. I have a very stressful job and that doesn’t help me to lose weight. I want to be the self confident more energetic person I used to be.

    I am looking forward to this new journey to lose weight and find myself again.
