    Hi, My name is Genevieve.

    I am 38 years old. I have no kids. I live in Cape Town.

    Besides wanting to lose some weight, I would also like to improve my fitness level and develop is healthy mindset around food.

    Weight loss has always been a challenge for me because I have PCOS and endometriosis.

    Based on the recommendation I have chosen the Intense Plan.

    I started today so fingers crossed that all goes well.
