    Hi everyone! I am Cathrine, from Vereeniging. I am 55 years old with 3 beautifully grown up boys, but more to myself, I would really like to lose about 20kgs.<div>I have tried losing weight in the past year, but only shed about 1kg! So here I am! </div>

    My goal is to lose at least 10kg this year, but hopefully with Sprezzatura I can add a bigger dent into my goal and surpass it! I really want to feel young again. I have entered my menupauses, and have some health problems. So I really believe I need to look better after myself, and check my food choices!
