    Hi everyone, nice e-meeting you all.

    My name is Bontie Mannell from Gaborone, Botswana. Sweet 41years with two beautiful daughters. I’ve wanted to lose weight for a while after packing in 12.5kg more since I got married 5 years ago. Tried a few things, but I lacked motivation and time.

    Now on day 6 of Sprezzatura Core program, and wanting to shed all 12.5kgs gained… I’m hoping this program will also help me to curb my snacking habits, and teach me good food discipline to improve my health score.
