What is your relationship with food?
Weight loss requires a healthy eating perspective. Unfortunately, when we think about wanting to lose weight, we instinctively think about all the foods we can’t have. Could this be because we have an emotional attachment to food? If the focus is rather on what you can’t have, instead of what you may gain, a deep psychological dive into your relationship with food is needed. A healthy perspective on food understands that food does not contain any emotional connections or solutions. Food cannot fill any void in your heart or mind.
