Hi Everyone,
I’m Tamryn, it is lovely to e-meet you all.
I am originally from Johannesburg, living life in Gordons Bay, Cape Town. I recently got married just over 9 months ago, I love to dance and travel (been itching for an overseas trip, perhaps Japan).
I was diagnosed with Hyperprolactinemia 4 years ago (age 28), kicking me into menopause, infertility, and I gained roughly 40kg during this time.
My goal is to get back to my “old self” (55kg) whilst staying consistent with small manageable changes over time as it is not easy navigating the effects of hormonal changes.

Hi Tamryn!
So lovely to e-meet you too!
Huge congrats on your marriage—what an exciting time! And Japan sounds like a dream destination—hope you get to tick that off your bucket list soon.Thank you for sharing your journey. Hormonal changes can be tough to navigate, but it is so inspiring to see your dedication to making consistent, manageable changes.
Wishing you all the success on your journey back to feeling like your best self—one step at a time, you’ve got this!

Hi there! I am Tanya aka Tanzi 😀 all the way from Upington!
I wish to lose quite a lot of weight I have gained over the years and I feel motivated. I want to have more energy to do “normal” daily tasks, take a brisk walk without having to stop to get my breath back and cut my toenails without gasping for air!
I have two Jack Russell kids (Gypsy & Becca) and one with angel wings – Tinkey.
I am halfway through day 1 of the Intense plan and I know I will make a success of it, it might not be easy, but it will be worth it.

Hi Tanya!
It’s so great to hear from you! I love your determination and the way you’re focusing on what truly matters—feeling lighter, stronger, and more you again.
Your Jack Russells sound adorable—Gypsy and Becca must be keeping you on your toes! And I’m sure Tinkey is always in your heart, cheering you on.
I hope day 1 went well for you. Stay focused, trust the process, and remember, every step forward is a step toward the healthier, more energized you. You’ve got this!
