Curb the Craving
Hi there, Happy Spring! I’m on my week 3 of the Sprezzatura Intense Meal Plan. And the past couple days I have been craving sugar, specifically, cake or a cupcake. I’ve never had a sweet tooth and not particularly a cake person but, the past couple days I just really am craving a piece of cake. Can anyone point me in the direction to support curbing cravings and/or have any advice on this subject? Thank you!
