For many of us, how we feel about our body changes as we move through life, shaped by experiences, stress, health challenges, weight fluctuations, and even the passing seasons.

At different times, our body may have felt like something to “fix,” “control,” or even fight against.
At other times, it may feel like something we are still learning to listen to, support, and care for more gently.

👉 How has the way that you speak to or think about your body changed over the years?
Was there a time when you were more critical… and a time when you became more compassionate?

👉 What is something that you appreciate about your body today, even if it still feels like it is still a work in progress?

It could be strength, resilience, energy, healing, or simply showing up for you every day.

This isn’t about loving your body perfectly, it is about awareness, respect, and progress.

Your reflection might help someone else feel less alone on their journey 🤍

If you feel comfortable, share your reflection – your words may support someone else on their mind–body journey.
