    Hello

    My name is Muriel l am 46 year old. Mum with 3 kids.

    I am on the intense programme.

    Hoping to get rid of my menopausal belly fat.

    I have noticed within the first day less bloating and increased energy.

    Hoping to see improvement in my sleep in the coming weeks.

    Welcome to the community. It is lovely to hear that you have already noticed less bloating and more energy, such a great start.

    Sleep often takes a little time to rebalance, but as your nervous system and hormones begin to settle, many women do notice gradual improvements over the coming weeks.
