Hi I bought Sprezzatura almost 3 weeks ago and didn’t know about the course until my dr recommended me and remind me to follow

Also need inspiration with new recipes about Proteien intake as my main focus

I can use all the help I can

Lost a lot of weight but maintenance is also my main focus
