What eating plan are you on and what changes have you felt in your wellness?
Are you thinking about what you’re missing out on when following a diet plan to lose weight? Burgers, slap chips, cakes, and chocolate? Start thinking about how you’re missing out on high cholesterol, diabetes, sugar spikes followed by mood and energy plummets, and poor overall health. The quality of food that we put into our bodies is more important than you might have thought. Food addiction is a very real problem, not only does it affect your weight, but the bad foods you consume and are addicted to affect your mental health, anxiety, resilience to stress, sleeping patterns, immunity, and memory.
