What do you do that improves your general wellness?
Your diet is not only what you eat. It is what you watch, what you listen to, what you read, and the people you hang around with. To achieve wellness, we need to be mindful of the things we put into our bodies, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. It is not enough to just hope for a happy and healthy life, to achieve it you need a combination of mindset, habits, routines, and balance to achieve it. You need to nourish to flourish.
